Scott Ellyson is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of East West Manufacturing. As CEO and Co-Founder, Scott has played a pivotal role in the Company’s growth. In addition to overseeing East West’s global operations, Scott is well recognized in the industry and very active in the Company’s acquisition efforts. Before co-founding East West, Scott was VP of Offshore Manufacturing and Logistics for DiversiTech Corporation. Previously, he co-founded ITS Ltd., an EMS manufacturer in Asia that makes automobile components and electronic assemblies. Scott began his career as a manufacturing and industrial engineer producing medical instruments for Boston Scientific. He also worked for several years as a management consultant for PWC, focusing on logistics, strategy, and operations. Scott grew up just outside of Milwaukee on Pewaukee Lake and attended Culver Military Academy in Indiana. 
Scott holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and has been working in global manufacturing and distribution for over 20 years.

Founding Partner & Executive Vice President

Jeff serves as East West’s Executive Vice President. From identifying companies in need of offshore manufacturing services and evaluating projects for an effective fit, to oversight of the customer service and logistics functions at East West, Jeff combines a personal approach with extensive problem-solving skills providing one-of-a-kind service to each client. Prior to co-founding East West, Jeff was VP of Research and Engineering at DiversiTech Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of HVAC components and supplies. While there, he invented and developed several product lines key to their growth. His work there resulted in eight U.S. patents, with more pending. 
Jeff is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics.

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Sannes has served as Chief Financial Officer of East West Manufacturing since September 2022. Prior to East West, Scott served as CFO of Janus International Group, Inc., Fomas, Inc. (formerly Ajax Rolled Ring & Machine, LLC), Controls Southeast, Inc.,and Polyester Fibers, LLC. Scott started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit practice. 
Scott graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a major in accounting.

Senior Vice President - Global Supply Chain

Soren Rothe joined East West Manufacturing in April 2024, as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. In this role, Soren oversees the entire supply chain organization for the company, including all global operations. Soren brings over 25 years of experience building and leading complex, global supply chains across multiple market sectors. He has advanced his career through different roles in operations and supply chain for Flex and Jabil, based in Europe, Asia, and LATAM. He is relentless about a data-driven and digital approaches to supply chain management, and is recognized as a passionate leader, coach, and mentor for his extended teams. 
Soren holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from the University of Southern Denmark. He lives in Mexico with his wife and four children.

Senior Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing

Sonya is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at East West Manufacturing. In her role, Sonya oversees all aspects of East West’s global sales and marketing organization. With over 20 years of sales experience, Sonya has led large commercial teams in the EMS industry at Jabil, Celestica, and Plexus. Prior to joining East West, she also served as VP EMEA at Boyd Corporation.
Sonya holds a B.Sc. from Johnson and Wales University, an M.B.A. from McMaster University in Canada, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, England.

Rogiër Hendrickx is a recognized leader in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, and brings more than two decades of global experience driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. He has led multi-billion-dollar business expansions, built high-performing global teams, and transformed supply chains across North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining East West, he held senior leadership roles at Flex, where he spearheaded large-scale customer programs, launched new manufacturing operations, and guided complex business transformations for Fortune 500 clients.
Rogiër holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and completed executive education at MIT Sloan and the Wharton School.

Vice President - Operations

Roger Shahnazarian serves as the Vice President of Operations at East West Manufacturing.
Prior joining East West, Roger served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Stryker. Before Stryker, he was the Vice President of Operations at Jabil.
Mr. Shahnazarian graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MSIE in Manufacturing Engineering.

Vice President - Solutions Engineering

Robert Zamora is the Vice President of Solutions Engineering at East West Manufacturing, where he leads the engineering organization to provide proactive total solutions to customers. These solutions range from simple manufacturability enhancements to full-scale new product development and manufacturing. Robert possesses deep expertise in distribution, general electronics, and power systems for industrial and consumer applications, enabling a foundation that drives innovation and operational excellence. Prior to his current role, Robert served as Vice President and COO of Viza Electronics, Vice President at XenerQi Limited, CTO at Alium Batteries, and Director at Future Electronics, where he led strategic initiatives and technological advancements.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Hispanoamericana in Costa Rica and a Master’s of Science from Georgia Tech.

Vice President - Technical Sales

Matt Greenfield is the VicePresident of Technical Sales at East West Manufacturing. His charter is tosupport the commercial team in pre-sales while ensuring a smooth onboarding fornew customers. Matt has over a decade of experience in Asianmanufacturing, starting in China before moving south to run operations inVietnam. Matt joined East West in 2006, in the Company’s engineering office inShenzhen, China.
Matt received his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas and worked for Dell and Siemens, where he was part of their management training program prior to moving to China. 

Vice President - People & Culture

As the Vice President of People and Culture at East West Manufacturing, Casey Fagan is focused on connecting the work our team members do to the East West mission and values. Casey is responsible for the Human Resources function where she fosters a best-in-class employee experience, and her influence can be felt in everything from communications and leadership development to performance management and acquisition integration. Casey is a seasoned human resources executive with over 15 years of experience including total rewards, talent development, recruitment, compliance, and engagement. Bringing a fresh perspective on human capital management, she has leveraged her expertise to develop HR teams, systems, and strategy from the ground up. Prior to joining the East West Family, she was Chief of Staff for a multi-unit manufacturing holding company and served in a variety of HR roles during her 12year tenure with Ferguson Enterprises.
Casey graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Sociology and Spanish; she holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP certifications.

General Council

As General Counsel of East West Manufacturing, Jonathan Picard is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. Jonathan is responsible for all commercial legal and dispute matters for the company globally, and supports the team in managing and advising legal matters across all functions. Prior to joining East West, Jonathan served as the North American legal director for a global manufacturing company in the food and beverage packaging industry. Previously, he was a partner at the global law firm, Squire Patton Boggs, representing public and private companies in corporate and commercial matters (including M&A transactions ,joint ventures, investments and divestures, as well as a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions).
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, a juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
