Sourcing in China
Sourcing office in Shenzhen, China forms joint venture Motor factory, in Changzhou, China begins.
2004
First Vietnam Operations
First Vietnam operations open in Ho Chi Minh.
2007
East West Vietnam
Second Vietnam Operation (EWI) is set up in Binh Duong.
2010
EWI expands in Vietnam
EWI purchases two additional 40K sq. ft. buildings in Binh Duong.
2014
East West's First India Site
Location opens in Chennai, India
2017
East West Acquires Innovolt
Acquired Innovolt, a leader in electronic asset protection.
2018
East West Expands in North America
East West acquired Team Manufacturing located outside of Raleigh, NC.
2019
East West acquired General Microcircuits
Acquired General Microcircuits, Inc. located outside of Charlotte, NC and San Jose, Costa Rica
Launched first Vertex EC Motor.
Acquired Suretech Assembly, Located near Raleigh, NC.
Acquired Adocotron, located in Boston, MA.

East West acquired Universal Electronics
Acquired Universal Electronics, Inc., located in Whitewater, WI.
EWI builds two additional solar-powered buildings, increasing to 250 sq. ft.

East West acquired Varitron

East West acquired Compass Electronics Solutions
