For example, one of our customers, a communications equipment Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), asked our Solutions Engineering team to work with their team and develop a rugged, dual-radio vehicle unit charger (VUC) engineered for extremely demanding field operations. The combination of our in-house industrial design and prototyping, with real-time system design iterations, and concurrent engineering and manufacturing development, allowed the customer to meet its fire season deployment deadline. The charging unit not only exceeded expectations in reliability and usability but also showcased new market leading features that enhanced the end-user experience.
